We’re looking for a mid-level project manager to join Most Likely Real full-time in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane. Someone who likes creative environments, isn’t fazed by timelines and tracking, and knows how to stay organised while staying flexible — because no two rendering projects move quite the same way.
What We Mean by “Mid-Level”
4–5 years of professional experience as a project manager in a startup, small business, or a creative / design studio — or 4–5 years coordinating or managing projects with many moving parts inside a creative agency. It’s a plus if at least 2 of those years were full-time.
You’ll Be Doing Things Like
Creating costing templates and project timelines for rendering and CMFT projects
Turning approved proposals into actionable production plans
Creating and maintaining trackers for projects with many deliverables and revision rounds
Checking in with the production team — texturing, rendering, QC — and nudging things forward
Working backwards from deadlines, reviews, and client feedback cycles
Drafting milestone emails and managing client feedback, kindly and clearly
Attending client calls and being a confident, warm point of contact
Collating final renders and deliverables for smooth, well-organised handovers
We’ll Love You If You
Secretly enjoy spreadsheets and tools like Asana, Google Drive, and GSuite
Take initiative, own your role, and don’t need micromanaging
Communicate clearly, kindly, and with confidence — especially with clients
Can handle deadlines and revision rounds without panic
Are tech-savvy and curious enough to try new tools (AI included) when they help
Value people, process, and progress equally
Bonus Points If You
Have worked with creative or remote production teams before
Have a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Acrobat
Have some familiarity with 3D/rendering pipelines (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, VRay) — you don’t need to operate them, just understand how a render moves from model to final image
Have a working knowledge of Excel beyond basic formulas — we like our trackers structured
Why Join Us?
Flexible working hours (as long as there’s accountability)
A values-driven team that genuinely cares about the work
A healthy mix of structure, craft, and the occasional bit of chaos that comes with creative production
Exposure to well-known brands across interiors, paints, and furniture, with good people
The chance to help shape how a growing studio runs
